expected more from the comfort package

the biggest complaint is the car came without a alarm system . I asked before I bought if they had taken care of the fact that you can steal the car with a cell phone app and I was told yes they did. BUT there is no door alarms or break glass system and service department said they couldn't add it , so basically the car might as well be unlocked. I went to a after market supplier and they could do it for 500$ but you'd have to use two key fobs .that and you don't even get a garage door opener. and this is what you get with the top of the line Hyundai not even the basics every car comes with.

Infotainment

On staring the vehicle, I would like for the infotainment system to return to where it was when the car was turned off. Every time I start my car I have to press “media” and then “favorites” to only get the radio stations I care to listen to. I would also like for Hyundai to come up with a way to include some type of spare tire; donut or full size instead of a tire mobility kit.

Excellent, but there's some things that could be better

I found the Tuscan to be a great value compared to it's competitors. I love all the safety systems, although they could be tweaked a bit, as could be the hybrid controller. Has all the power I need, but then I'm well past my "hot rodding" days. Great looking car!

Nice hybrid

This is a nice hybrid SUV. Comfortable ride, good gas mileage (in town) and is roomy for 5 people. My only complaint is that the are some irritating warnings (e.g., "consider taking a break" -- what activates that warning??).

Love my new Hyundai

It’s a great car and both drives and has features of a much more expensive car. I prefer it to my prior Volvo xc60. It’s no quite as cushy but a great value in the premium level.

Quiet comfortable ride with lots of extras.

Overall I like the car. But even at the highest trim there are things that should be higher quality. There are two major things lacking. A hydraulic hood lift and power mirrors.
