No tow wiring. Powering down is stupid.
1) the specs say it can tow. We were able to easily install a hitch from UHAUL. We were unable to tow our trailer for 1.5 years until an option available for trailer wiring becameavailablefromUHAUL. 2) The vehicle senses an attached trailer and gives audible and dash trailer reminder alerts frequently. These sound like collision avoidance alerts, causing me frequent mini panics. 3) The eyeball sensor is a hazard. It cancels cruise control and interrupts my flow in traffic if I wear sunglasses or shift in in my seat wrong. 4) The Bluelink is designed for one owner account. Since my husband is signed in, for every one of it's frequent glitches, I have to wait until he's available to give me the code for re-linking. The fingerprint sensor works 1/3 of the time. The rest of the time, I have to use his PIN to use our car. I want my own account. 5) no one at the dealership has a vehicle with this system. They only know how to set up an account. They are unable to help us navigate it. We both want to use our phone as a key, but no one at the dealer can help. We know more than they do, so they can't help. 6) This vehicle powers down and cancels key access randomly. The secret fix for reactivating the vehicle is to pop open the back hatch, while holding the key. However, we all thought it was a Bluelink battery drain. We didn't know there isn't a 12volt battery. The trickle charger I use on my other hybrid vehicle sparked with attempted use. The dealer had us buy a special trickle charger, but the battery died. We followed the dealer and manual- we scratched up the paint by the door handle while prying off the emergency key access to use the 12 volt reset button. Finally, one guy on Reddit told us to just pop the hatch. It is ridiculous that you don't make sure the dealers and owners know this. 7) put regular size wheels on all trim levels. Don't make us have to pay for expensive replacement tires. It's stupid that I can't use snow chains on my SUV that I bought for winter driving. 8) we want folding side mirrors. 9) we want real colors, not just white and pavement colors. . Your blue, green, and grey look black.
