Great Gas Mileage But Will Not Buy Another

I've never owned a car before that was frustrating. Regular updates to systems undo my presets and I have to start all over again. There have been four recalls in a year and a half. I've never owned a vehicle that was ever recalled. I am down the block and on my way to work before the radio will come on. You can set your favorite radio stations, but they do not automatically populate when you turn the radio on. Makes no sense. Responsiveness is poor and it doesn't go into gear at times. If you are reversing and/or parking and in a hurry because of traffic, good luck. On the plus side, it's a nice size, has a nice interior and gets great gas mileage. However due to lack of responsiveness and technology with a mind of its own, I would not own another and do not recommend it.

Great car, great mileage, great performance, roomy quality and runs on regular gas. This vehicle surpasses my former Mercedes Benz GLC300 in all aspects at a third less cost.

Tucson-Tooawesome

A great SUV hybrid that responds beautifully behind the wheel and on the gas pedal and breaks. The technology is amazing, especially the heads up display. At 76 it keeps me safe in many ways. The 360 camera is fantastic, especially the view of left and right lane changing. Voice commands allow use of phone and messages always keeping my eyes on the road. The stay in your lane feature is great too! Gas mileage is true to projections, often better. “She” is filled with style, comfort, a relatively quiet ride and storage space. The only thing I would recommend is a voice that says “SLOW DOWN”😂. “She” likes to go fast. I love my Tucson💖.

GOLFER'S DREAM Cargo area fits as many golf bags as larger SUV's

This is our first SUV and it's a HYBRID! We're very happy with this vehicle, spacious cargo area without putting down seats. Many high end features without a high end price. Wish it had folding in side mirrors when car is locked and it seems to change drive styles (ECO, SPORT, etc) too easily - with a brush of the button. And occassionally the seat heater comes on without touching it. TERRIBLE key fob - the part that holds house keys, etc is thin plastic - I've had it replaced already when the car was 18 months old. Cup holders in rear fold down need to be slightly larger to accomodate reusable drink containers

The worst local service manager and general manager

Total lemon which is not the local dealership's fault, nor am I blaming corporate. What is a total disgrace to your company is the lack of communication on the local level, meaning the Savannah, Georgia dealership. My vehicle had an appointment on June 17th because the dashboard was making all kinds of noises and alarms, dealership had it for several weeks before I heard a peep out of them, on July 6th or 7th I went in person to ask about my vehicle, the general manager told me in person that I would receive daily updates on my vehicle. Heard from the service dept the following day, and that was it. I started emailing the service manager and general manager, heard back ONCE from the service manager. I emailed both on more than a half dozen occasions with ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE FROM EITHER. Knowing good and well they had my vehicle, they were unable to fix the problem, knowing good and well that I would need a new vehicle and I heard NOTHING. Corporate determined it was a Lemon, they are in the process of repurchasing the Lemon and I had to buy a brand new vehicle. Which I did, a 2026 Toyota BZ, total electric vehicle which I wrote them a check for 42K. I even told the general manager that I wanted an electric vehicle, that I liked the Ionic SUV and still I never heard a word. Those two gentlemen, Wordford Freeman the service manager and Legrand Davis, the general manager, SHOULD NOT BE REPRESENTING YOUR COMPANY.

Great car. Fast, fun. Easy to drive. Two flaws only.

Great car for mileage, acceleration, responsiveness and handling. I love the display which forms a big curve in front of the driver. There are two problems: 1. The side mirrors must be pulled in and pushed out manually instead of electronically. This is a problem if you want to get into a tight spot and need to pull the passenger side mirror in. 2. The climate display settings are almost impossible to read unless it's dark outside or very cloudy. I live in Arizona where the sun shines most every day, all day. It's nearly impossible to see the climate settings because of they're very dim and small lights. I like everything else about this car and would buy it again.

Stay away from Hyundai in general

I bought my vehicle brand new last year and it’s been nothing but problems. It’s a lot in the technology that doesn’t work but then Hyundai will not fix it. They spend more time telling you it’s another department’s issue rather than fixing

Disabling Traffic/School Zone Notifications in Map Settings: Under the navigation settings, you can toggle off specific map-based warnings like traffic light info or school zone alerts if available in your regional software version.
Navigate to Setup > Navigation > Alerts or Safety Alerts to turn off specific camera or traffic notifications. ^cc
