Exactly as expected

I wish there was another Hybrid model between this one and the next one up. I really miss my moonroof and garage door opener. Wonderful pick up and gas mileage. Worth the extra dollars for hybrid.

Review of 2026 Hyundai Tucson SEL hybrid

I’ve had my Tucson a couple of months and so far I’m out enjoying it very much. Smooth ride, comfortable, lots of options. The one thing that I am just exceedingly disappointed in is that there are no auditory warnings win backing up. As an example backing into the garage and getting close to the wall. Absolutely no bells or alarms or anything like that. Evidently that’s only available on the top model which just blows my mind. There are the warnings when you have your car in reverse and another car is coming behind you as an example in a parking lot. This is a feature that is really important to me that I truly thought was federal law. Had I not known they were not standard, I would not have bought this vehicle. Short of that, everything else is great.

It's great to have a new dependable car!

It seems a little high for me to get into, but I'll just get used to that. The Tucson is the only one that we test drove and we probably should have test driven more cars. There is an awfully lot to learn about it, and even though we have 4,000 miles already, we are still learning!

Overall good experience. Excellent car

Very good car so far. Very quiet to drive. Road noise is minimal which means I don't have to crank up the radio. It handles well. Excellent MPG. Comfortable. I bought the basic model and I've only bought a couple of extras. A trailer hitch and a security cover for the back. Occasionally my iphone will highjack the entertainment system and it can be a PITA to navigate back to where I was. I would like better vision in the back. The window is too small IMO.

2026 Tucson Limited Hybrid Review

Overall I like it. However, the biggest complaint I have (and this isn’t just related to the Hybrid as my wife has a 2026 Tucson Limited ICE and it’s the same) is that upon starting the vehicle the infotainment system “loading time” takes FOREVER. I mean I’ll drive 2 blocks at times before the radio comes on, the navigation loads, etc. It won’t let you do anything until it loads and it is just really slow.

Tucson is satisfactory to me.

I would give 9 out of 10 for the value. My disappointment is from salespeople service, not the vehicle itself.

Overall a great purchase for the money, quiet ride, great acceleration, the only comment in regard to the safety sensors, there is no audible signal when approaching solid objects such as a garage door.
