New Tucson - Dealer Issue

I purchased new vehicle and it had scratches, the dealer promised on the same day that those will be fixed. After multiple follow up dealer kept the car for fixes and called me back after 2 weeks, but the scratches are still visible. Now, dealer started saying that most of Tucson are coming with same problem and they can not fix it completely neither they agree to replace.

“Almost” perfect

Excellent vehicle. I was a 25 yr Subaru person and just didn’t like the noise, the CVT, and the awful info system. Tucson hybrid hit all the right buttons.

Great car but in a very short time I've had issues

I've had my hybrid Tucson 2026 model for only 4 months and over that 4 months the battery has already drained twice. It's stalled out one time to sign a regular road. Nothing too significant about uphill or downhill. The cargo area in the back completely cracked the plastic just by placing items that I felt weren't that heavy. The car runs great and it's comfortable and I feel like it looks great. But when you get a new car you don't expect to have these type of problems. This is my third Hyundai in a and I'll probably continue buying Hyundai's in the future and maybe I just got a car that has some problems cuz I never had problems in my prior Hyundai's but this one definitely seems like it might have some issues. Also, it has some stained interior prior to me owning the car that I noticed which is kind of annoying because the car is brand new it's not used. I've tried to get it cleaned and I've just given up on it.

Hyundai hybrid

I love my Hyundai! Love the quiet ride and the smoothness of the ride . Love the back up camera and the blind spots and camera that lets you know if the lane is clear when you put your turn signal on!! Comfortable . My only one wish is that it would have come with front and back dash cam.

Easy to drive. Smooth ride. Very roomy Interior. I like the reverse alert sound that the car makes. It sounds like the gates of Heaven are opening.

Great Vehicle

Great vehicle. I have the Limited, the highest end Tuscon Hybrid. It's greeat to drive and looks great. The only two negatives are that the mirrors do not automatically open or close. Also, it does not have auto lock when you walk away. I have a similar Hyundai called a Creta at my home in Mexico. Its not as plush or highly equipped. But it has these features. I don't know why.
