New car breaks down, overheats, unusable, no compensation!

The worst buying experience ever, extremely poor service, no compensation offered. We are not able to use the car for most of the first 4 months. Replacement parts take many weeks to arrive, the dealership doesn't care, Hyundai customer service declined any compensation.

Love this car

Four months in. Smooth, solid ride. Good power. 34 mpg. Excellent handling. Still working on figuring out some technology.

Quiet and smooth and she loves it

My wife wanted a stylish vehicle with all around cameras that had to be a hybrid. The Tucson more than fir the bill. Having the Limited package she has everything she wanted in midsize space and full size capabilities.

Fix rear sensors!

An SUV should be able to carry a bike rack. Emergency braking in reverse is a hazard when constantly engages.

Great vehicle but a little disappointed

Love the warranty, the ride, and the overall styling of the cabin. Disappointed that you have to buy the top-of-the-line trim to get all the safety features

Love this car so far

I bought this car at the end of August so I can’t speak about the real ability yet. Also, there are a lot of features I have yet to learn about so that will also reflect my rating. Anything I left blank I didn’t feel I could honestly answer yet.

Competent Choice, low on Fun

This car is incredibly comfortable and has nearly every bell whistle I could think of included. The mileage has been unbelievable and at a time when gas prices have gone up. I am very grateful! Particularly love the lumbar support and all the seed in controls. If I could change anything, it would be that there are better explanations of all the sounds is Car makes because it is very chatty. “ in general, the book that comes with the car is not as helpful as I would like it to be – I tried to just find the compass and struggled – I think they need to review the book and do some major editing. My other challenge is that the car does not respond quickly enough to the fob as you walk toward the car. I find that locking and unlocking it is slower than I expected considering how I took the rest of the car is.

My first Hyundai Tuscon Hybrid

I like the car. It is comfortable and great gas mileage! My complaint (as with about every small to medium size SUV) is the cup holders in the doors and the back seat fold down. There is no way anyone that has a water bottle (not disposable) will it fit in those locations!

MPG not as advertised

I made my first 1500 miles on my Tucson hybrid SEL 2026 and my average miles is 32 miles per gallon. I don't know how Hyundai stated on their advertisement that can reach average of 38 mpg. My back up camera goes green in several occasions, unable to see nothing when reversing.
