So far my Tucson is everything that was advertised. Gas mileage is phenomenal at 40 to 42 miles per gallon for city and 39 to 40 highway.

I recently visited Hyundai of Kirkland's service department and left extremely disappointed with how I was treated. When attempting to clarify standard oil change pricing and maintenance options, the interaction was completely unprofessional.

The backup sound is broken which annoying, but otherwise I like it.

One of the things that I liked most when I bought it was the backup sound when the vehicle was in reverse, but it hasn't worked much since I drove it off the lot. I did troubleshooting myself and still can't get it to work. I don't have time and don't want to spend money on this issue taking it back to the dealer to get fixed. I'm also having trouble quickly unlocking the doors. It doesn't respond quickly to the key being right next to it. I had remote start in my previous vehicle and I could start my vehicle from upstairs in my house, my remote start in my new vehicle works only from about 10 feet away. I don't see much point in that.

4th Tuscon and they keep gettig better! Love the new silver color and it looks like chrome coming down the street! Never had any problems with any of them and they all got top dollar on the trade in!

Quiet interior, striking exterior

I knew it was time to sell my beloved Camry and didn't expect to find another vehicle that I would fall in love with the minute I took it out for a test drive. But the Tucson met and exceeded all my expectations. I love this vehicle -- fun and safe to drive, and gorgeous to look at.
