We'll never buy another Hyundai

When the car had only 3000 miles on it, suddenly one day it would barely run. It had to be towed to the dealer, who kept it for a month! The only diagnosis they could come up with was that the wiring connectors weren't tightened properly at the factory. After that, I felt like I can't trust this car. Next, we received a recall notice that the trailer hitch wiring is faulty, and that the car should be kept outside in case of fire. We're doing that, but it's very inconvenient. Our next door neighbor's car was stolen out of their driveway, and we're pretty annoyed that we have to keep our car outside when there's a possibility of theft. It's inconvenient for charging as well. We have to drive the car into the garage to charge it, then make sure to drive it out as soon as it's done. On days with bad weather, I can't get into the car from the garage. We called Hyundai and were told that the repair parts are unavailable, in fact, they haven't even been manufactured yet. How long until we can start garaging the car again? We're not optimistic that it will be anytime soon.

Reliable, fun to drive

Our PHEV Tucson is the perfect car for us - peppy and fun to drive, with good mileage and great storage capability. The battery life is perfect for running around town on EV only, but we can go as far as we want too.

My wife forgot her Lexus instantly!

After haranguing my wife to let me explore trading her absolutely mint, perfect, super rare two-tone interior, White 2019 Lexus NX 300 H AWD LTD for over a year - she finally allowed me to try - but with dire warnings! I ended up trading for NEW 2024 top of the line deep marine Blue Tuscon PHEV AWD LTD on NYE 12/31/2024. After about 5 minutes she's NEVER mentioned the Lexus again. Granted she hasn't driven that many miles, but enjoys the process of plugging in at home and I do NOT miss the gas station ( and NO we've never installed that level two charging station, as of yet). Quiet, smooth, luxurious, beautiful comfy seats, white perf leather interior, advanced everything. Manageable switch gear. Absolutely beautiful. We always get nice cars, but this is one of the best ever and a ridiculous value. We traded TWO top line late model Lexus units for two Korean cars. Only thing we really gave up was concierge Lexus service. SO little service on these, well worth it for so much $$ savings. VERY Impressed after year plus on both vehicles. Thanks.

Love the flexibility of charging or gas, heater needs work

I am hoping the next model has a slightly longer range and has better heat. If so I’d totally buy it. I am generally happy with my car and am surprisingly pleased with the plug in hybrid model. Thank you for offering light colored leather interior.
