Little issues, but pleased

I'm very happy with the car itself, however a few items to note. The computer system has now glitched twice in the last 16,000 miles which is frustrating that the computer doesn't upgrade itself correctly. I'm not pleased with the service agreement of free service for 36000 miles. I thought it included all service, not just an oil change and tire rotation every 8000 miles. The wording was very deceptive when purchasing the car.

I think they would sell more of these overall if they took the Limited version and made it standard, but only bumped the price up to under where the Limited price currently is.

GREAT CAR WITH ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES

I have no complaints so far. Getting better than expected fuel mileage(27-29 mpg), and have had only one issue and that was with the all weather floor mat that fell apart.

Must have SUV !

I was shopping for another Hyundai SUV and did my research on the 2024 Tucson. All the information I read was positive and decided to check out the vehicle at Chapman Hyundai in Scottsdale, AZ. The entire experience was POSITIVE related to learning about the Tucson, features of the vehicle, driving the Tucson, leasing arrangements, learning about the warranties offered, as well as spending time with the Service department about issues/repairs associated with the vehicle. I could not have made a better choice !
