Not a good start for a brand new car
We bought the Plug-in hybrid, limited edition. As soon as we drove the car off the lot after signing all the papers, we noticed the AC and the ventilated seats were not working. Our plans for a weekend trip in our new car were nixed. We brought it in for repairs, but there is a shortage of the replacement parts and we've been waiting. Supposedly the parts will be in tomorrow (?), and the car fixed the following day (?). We'll see. We'll have owned it a total of 3 weeks but have only driven it for two days.
Otherwise, for the very short time we could drive it, it seems to be a great car, though at this point I can't really comment on the build quality, the value, nor the reliability. I rated them a one because I could not submit the survey without checking a box.
On a positive note, both the dealer and Hyundai have been very responsive.
