This is my second Tuson, Service at times, can be aggravating.

I think you should be, treating your customers a lot better, for example, I have road hazard , warranty, on my vehicle, and when a nail damaged, my tire I had to wait, two hours in the service department , because my advisor , was arguing with the warranty company, to approve the repair.

Trouble free ownership!

25K so far. I really like the adaptive cruise and lane keeping. It has helped me in poor weather and glare conditions. Seeing the green activation symbol is a comfort! The car just does what it’s supposed to do so far. No squeaks of any kind.

Good fo rfeatures and reliability

Overall, I have been happy with my Hyundai purchase. The vehicle performs well, looks attractive and has a nice feature set. I especially like the fact that as part of my purchase I have three years of included maintenance and that the Blue Link is included at no charge as long as I own the vehicle.

Love my Hyundai

I love my Hyundai Tucson more than I could ever imagine. It is comfortable and roomy and fun to drive. The hatchback is large and holds everything I have needed while traveling. I like its gas mileage, especially while highway driving. So far it has been very low maintenance and very dependable.

I love my car but more convenient cubbies would be more helpful

The vehicle is very nice, but I do not plan to buy another Hyundai as I have had bad luck with Salesmen and also with Service writers! When I buy a car from a dealer I would like respect from all!!
