Really long wait for an oil change

I had an appointment at 10 to get my oil change. The appointment was scheduled for me to wait at the dealership too. The customer service person told me it would take 2 hours and that they were behind. Had I know prior to arriving that it was going to take that long I would have planned accordingly. It ended up taking 2.5 hours to get everything done. I asked an associate if it usually took that long and they told me I should have scheduled my appointment earlier. As we were walking out to my car they had the wrong key fob. I think that was the last straw. I love my car but this dealership was awful. I will not be returning to this dealership in the future.

Great car except for the Driver Attention warnings

Don't look out the window too long or try to read the map! It has a ridiculous audible warning when it thinks you're not paying attention. Sometimes shuts off the cruise control and lane keeping. I don't think it can be disabled.

I love my Tucson. My last car was the Kona and I thought it was wonderful, and nothing could top it. But I was wrong.....The Tucson is wonderful and so much more.

Faulty signal light design

I like everything about this car except the was the signal lights are designed. They are very low in the back bumper which makes it difficult to see them in a very high vehicle or one that is following too close.. I have almost been rear ended several times.
