2025 Tucson electrical system concern
Hello I have the following concerns:
On July 6, 2025 and on Aug 1, 2025 l received e-Mails from the Bluelink service. The e-mails stated
“ Vehicle better level is below normal. Please check that vehicle lights and accessories are switched off to avoid battery
drain.”
I received both of these notifications while I was away and had left the Tucson inside the garage.
Since I own 2 Hyundai’s and these Bluelink notifications do not identify which vehicle is being affected I find them relatively useless. I contacted Bluelink support and they were unable to determine which vehicle is in question.
As it turns out the affected vehicle happens to be my 1 month old 2025 Tucson because today, Aug 26, 2025 the Tucson’s battery lost its charge while sitting inside my garage. I had to get Hyundai roadside assist to come and tow my vehicle to the dealer for diagnosis . I hope they can determine what cause a battery drain. I hope that they don’t just charge the battery and release the vehicle without understanding what went wrong. This incident causes me to have doubt as to electrical reliability for the vehicle on any out of town trips.
Some of my survey responses might seem low to you but I now must redevelop a reliability trust in this vehicle.
