I’ve tried contacting your dealership and corporate many times to complain about your F&I manager and no one responds, no one seems to care they lost a deal because he tried to double dip and lied about your warranty. I probably should have reported it to Consumer Affairs

Excellent

1-Move the rear hatch button closer to the drivers side. 2- Make the rear cup holders the same size as the front. You can’t hardly find a cup to fit.

comfort and great for the tech

Wish it had ventilated seats not heated. At least had a choice. Way more pay attention warnings then needed. Easy in and out for older folks. love the safety driving help ie lane control. The best part was being able to purchase on Amazon Auto. no dealer trip.

Blind Spot Camera failed

Purchased a brand new Hyundai Tucson Limited in May 2025. The blind spit camera staryed showing green screen immediately after buying. My vehicle was at delaership for more than 30 days. The dealership lied to me that they could not replicate the issue. I was able to replicate the issue in front of them numerous times. Hyundai tech team did not respond to the dealerahip.Crain Hyundai at Bentonville Arkansas Dealership was not willing to provide the maintenace documents for my lemon claim. I had to ask them repeatedly to provide the documents so I could submit it to Hyundai Customer Case Manager. I am still waiting for my lemon case to be resolved

2025 Tucson Limited

In the first 80 days of ownership, the car was in the shop for 30 of those days. There was a problem with the display that I had to take to the shop twice before it was corrected. However, since the last repair, the car has been great. I haven't had any further problems. I am really enjoying the car now and I hope it continues for a long time. My review of the car from here forward will not include my impression in the first 90 days of ownership.

Great features and value

This is my second Hyundai Tucson. The other vehicle is 2021 Hyundai Tucson Sport. The new vehicle is a Tucson SEL. Lots of updates and new features in this 2025 version. Rides very smoothly. Only "feature" I don't like the auto start/stop feature where the engine will stop whenever the car comes to a complete stop. There is a button to disable the "feature" but it must be engaged every time you start the vehicle.
