Poor First Impressions Due to Quality Issues
I’m very disappointed with the overall quality of the exterior trims and interior materials. For a SEL Premium, I expected much better fit and finish. The interior has a lot of hard plastic and some sharp edges, which makes it feel lower quality than expected.
Within a few days of purchase, a door trim came loose and had to be fixed by the dealer. There is also a trim piece above the window that is visibly misaligned.
Overall, this created a poor first impression and raises concerns about the vehicle’s build quality.
