Tucson

The sensor that is supposed to see if your eyes are on the road or sleeping, is a DANGER to driving!!! Can't use sunglasses while driving ( tint the windshield?) can't use use one hand to drive ( don't have another one). It's not my responsibility to bend to the car. It's your responsibility to build a car that is safe and responsive to the driver, and not get in the way of the driver.

Control lights on dash are too dim even at full brightness. The feature to stop the engine when stopped needs a permanent shutoff.

26 Tucson

Ride is OK/ Not improved since 23 model! Engine cutting out at stops for a red light is worse on this Tucson than on my previous 2023, and I thought that vehicle was annoying with that useless feature!!! If you can call that a feature!!!

I love my Tucson

Some reviews said the Tucson didn’t have much pickup. I didn’t buy it with that in mind. It has so many safety features that are important for all drivers. It is stylish and comfortable.

Comfortable Ride, but not responsive to the driver

I had an older model Tucson several years ago so was really ready to love my new one. In the end, it's not as fun to drive as i was hoping for and it aggressively tries to protect me from making a mistake which can actually be distracting. Please make the "take a coffee break" feature something that can be disabled -- windy days are the worst.

Great Value, Good Mileage, Solid Features

Overall, we are very pleased with our little Tucson. It has been a solid little vehicle, ferrying back and forth to work, college, and errands. The features for the SEL are quote robust at the price point, and BlueLink is also helpful. The only complaint so far is that the tires are not really robust enough for the remote area that we live in, and we've already had to replace one, as it has had two punctures, the second of which was not repairable. Luckily, this occurred fairly early, so we didn't have to replace all tires. Our tall family 6'2, 6'2, 6'3 (and growing), and 5'11" all fit with sufficient room. Rare in a vehicle this size, or even larger. Otherwise, very pleased in our first months of ownership.

One Glaring Problem Even the Dealer is Having to Fix Twice...

First, I've developed a MULTIPLE of product improvements for your vehicle as a product invention/promotion company owner. I ask that your R & D Department contact me at 847-207-1167 to discuss obtaining them after a proper, Intellectual Property Protection Form of my firm is signed. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED...and if you don't use them, there is nothing that it costs you! Second: There appears to be a glaring manufacturing error my 2026 Tucson had with it. It involves the windshield washers (both front and rear). They were clogged substantially when first getting the car...and the dealer's service department said there were "contaminents" that was clogging things in the reservoir. But even after that (and before) the NOZZELS of both the two front and one rear areas were NOT AT ALL AIMED PROPERLY. NONE of them substantially spray in the wipe areas! They fall far short of that! I am now (for the second time since my late March purchase) having to go into your dealer's service department. But if this has been a chronic issue you need to look into it! Again: My firm will be pleased to share the 7-8 product improvements to your Tucson (and even other Hyundai/Kia vehicles) that we have developed given we now physically possess one of your Tucsons as one of our company vehicles.
