Rockwood green Hyundai Tucson
Follow up from staff after purchase. I’d like to see more visual and verbal presentation regarding the vehicles accessories. I wasn’t impressed with the finance man Dave he rushed through the paperwork, and I didn’t realize my signature was on other documents. The Tucson is comfortable and has a smooth ride. But I’m a Senior and feel baffled regarding all the function of the vehicle. Actually an orientation introducing the vehicle would have been helpful. Also, it was mentioned that there was a car was available, but NO DETAILS. ALSO, I asked if they could put washer fluid in since mine is low and was told no we don’t supply that. Really. I just spent 35,000.00 and windshield washer fluid can’t be supplied. I’m seventy three years young and a little help would be appreciated. Even jiffy luxe tops off windshield wiper fluid. I’d like to see more customer appreciation, which makes me hesitant to refer this dealership. I don’t feel I know enough about the vehicle to issue a fair rating .
