Car and dealership: AWFUL!

Hyundai of New Pirt Richey in Tampa took advantage of a hospice chaplain and his wife by lying and selling a defective product, refusing to keep their promises.

Love my Tucson hate the key fob. Honestly if I knew how bad the key fob was I would have went with the Rav 4.

Rat's Nest

Car itself not bad. Dealer prep extremely poor. Extremely poor sales support, lack of transparency in purchase process, took weeks to obtain all sales documents.

White Tuscon 2026

Overall I am happy with my car. I had a 2022 and I was happy with that too. I think the interior has improved and I like the interior but this car seems a little more rough than the 2022 and it seems to have more wind noise.

Cluster issues

My car has been in the shop since August. My control panel is blank. I have been waiting for a part they now told us end of October. This is not acceptable. I just got the car in April.

Loved your sales person, love my car except I have left several messages at the dealership, one specifically for the sales person. I wear hearing aids. In my old cars if I made a phone call in the car the sound would exit the car stereo speakers and after hanging up it would still send sound out of my car speakers. With the Tucson it switches to my hearing aids and once I hang up it stays on my hearing aids until I hit the "EAR" Icon on my phone and then I can switch it back to the car speakers??????? Any ideas. The folks at the dealership said they would look into it but they never called me back
