Best experience

I had the best experience working with Phil!! I was interested in trading in my Subaru and went in to ask some questions. He took me immediately, I never felt pressured and got all the information I was looking for. I was shown my options, took a test drive and signed papers that very evening. Phil stayed through the whole process even when his shift was supposed to end hours before. My experience with Phil and the whole company was amazing, I love my new 2026 hyundai Tucson!!!

Over all I think the Hyundai is a very good car, I would recommend it for reliability and good gas mileage, it is an excellent choice if you’re looking for a quality midrange suv

New 2026 Tucson with 1500 miles

I have over the years had numerous vehicles, including a Santa Fe, 2 Subarus, 3 or 4 Camrays and numerous other cars. This Tucson, without a doubt is the most frustrating car to set to my and my wife's profiles. For instance, today we traveled over 500 miles with the indicator on the screen telling me every 5 minutes to consider taking a break, even after having just left a gas station or wayside.

Hello William, You can find additional information on the safety features that are triggering the alerts in chapter 7 of the owners manual. Here it describes the features, how to change settings and other information about the features.  If additional information is needed there are Youtube videos available as well. ^cc

Sometimes Engine lags pulling out from a stop sign, merging into traffic, going up hill. It loses power and is concerning. Don’t want to get hit by another car. Cruise controll does not always slow down for curves.

Great mileage! but some cruise control issues

I have been an avid and frequent cruise control user for 20-30 years. Last car was a 2012, now all the "safety" features "for me" are not that truly in some cases. I infrequently use the cruise control anymore, has too many errors as far as I'm concerned. The slowing down because someone else in front of me is going slower is annoying, but getting used to watching for it. BUT, with no traffic in front of me, but some crosses in front of me, going my speed or faster, changing to another lane on opposite side, causes my car to suddenly slow, even though car was smooth in transition and has been gone for 1-2 seconds. THEN it hits the brakes. Eventually I will be rear ended, as this will cause someone that may be following too close, to have no warning or see any cause why I hit my brakes!

Spacious but lacking in other features

The 2026 Hyundai Tucson has a nice interior look, lots of cargo space, but is a big drop off in performance and features compared to my previous vehicle, which was a luxury SUV. My biggest complaints are its total lack of zippiness and giddy up, which is really needed for city driving, and no front or back parking sensors.

I am the co-signer for the Tucson. The major creditor/leasee is Margaret M. Massaro. Please straighten this out. Perhaps I should go to the dealer (Marhofer Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio) to iron this out?
