sus, calling to confirm my appointment and walk me through the troubleshooting process. From the start, it was clear I had reached out to the right place because the customer service was top-notch. Day of my appointment, I dropped off the vehicle and I was called with a status report exactly when Jesus said he would call. They had identified AND fixed the issue in a matter of a few hours, even without their "expert" electrical guy there. I was incredibly relieved and impressed, considering electrical problems can be difficult (if not impossible) to ID and resolve. It was very clear that the service department's attitude is ALL about customer service and satisfaction rather than turning a profit. I have been to local automotive shops and have left dissatisfied. I will absolutely be back to Sisbarro GMC!

ve needed maintenance ( sensor, belts, tune ups) and they have always done good work and had reasonable prices. If you go online and research for a certain specific repair and a cost range they have been on the lower end. I have never needed a major repair but this is definitely where I will go.

I pre-ordered my new vehicle appx 2-months in advance. It was unclear exactly when the delivery date
would be. When delivered I was given 48 hrs to pick up the car when I was previously told there was flexibility.. there seems to be none. Canceled my weekend plans at my cost to pick up vehicle. The sales process took 3.5 hours. I have Tier 1 credit and came in with over 70% down… I did enjoy working with just 1 person. Noel was great and I would work with her again. I just think that buying a car takes way too long!

I want to give an exceptional review to some very exceptional people: NICK HADENFELDT, IDRIS OSMANI,
EDGAR LOPEZ AND LEO STEFANI – and the GENERAL MANAGER (I didn’t get his full name) – all at Premier Nissan – Stevens Creek, San Jose, CA.
I first went to Nissan Sunnyvale to purchase the Rogue SUV and spent hours there on a Sunday. The finance folks were ALL horrible! They threw in all these charges thinking I wouldn’t notice and when I did they wouldn’t even let me hold the paperwork to see what exactly was listed. After doing my homework, I knew what I wanted and how much it would cost. They were trying to take advantage of me since I’m a woman and I went in there all by myself. First they said I was approved at a low APR, and then it changed to a really high APR after I told them to remove all the additional charges. Then they said they were closing and it was too late to even call the banks for financing which didn’t even make sense. How would they know what APR I would receive if they didn’t even talk to the banks yet? They said they would call me in the morning. So, I left with without buying a car.
Then after 4 days of calling them to try and get the low price I had negotiated (and no return calls), I called the general manager at Premier Nissan – Stevens Creek. I told him what happened and he said to come into his dealership and promised that his team would take care of me.
I made an appointment with NICK HADENFELDT (Financing), who was so nice, upfront and honest about everything. He didn’t rush or pressure me and he listened to my concerns and questions. He did everything he could to assist me in purchasing the exact car I wanted and even worked extra hard to get me the lowest APR possible. He really treated me with dignity and never made me feel like I was being taken advantage. He even ran the numbers with different options for me to choose from to make sure I could afford my payments.
Then EDGAR LOPEZ took me for a test drive and was a very polite and professional salesperson. He showed me all the colors available and helped me pick one out. He even stayed late with the others to make sure everything went smoothly.
Next I was sent to IDRIS OSMANI (Finance Director) – I just loved him! He made the hardest part of the process go as quick and painless as possible. The final price on all the paperwork was what we negotiated and there were no last-minute surprises. No games, no lies, he even found ways to save me more money in the end (along with Nick). He made sure I understood every single charge listed. We even bonded over our love for our canine children.
Finally, LEO STEFANI (Sales) took the time to show me how everything in my brand new (detailed) car worked. He even helped me set up the blue tooth with my iphone, etc. He took his time and answered all my questions
I could tell that all of these gentlemen were being EXTRA nice, kind and helpful because the general manager told them about my horrible experience at the previous dealership, but also because they are all genuinely nice people and that they cared about helping me.
I just want to say thank you once again to all of them for the wonderful customer service, patience, respect, time (and staying late), and effort in treating me like royalty (that’s how I really felt during the whole process). It turned out to be an exceptional experience and I even had a lot of fun hanging out with them that night. I REALLY LOVE my new car!!!! I have and will tell anyone that listens: to go to Premier Nissan – Stevens Creek and ask for NICK HADENFELDT, IDRIS OSMANI, EDGAR LOPEZ AND LEO STEFANI - BeckyP

My sales consultant was Philip Mai. Philip was well-informed, courteous and personable. He greeted m
e in the lot and was is Interested in what I was looking for and never pushy, but was able to answer my questions. He offered to show me the features of the Juke that I was interested in. He let me move at my own pace and respected my need to have my wife come and look at the car. He and I talked by telephone several times and as we got closer to the final transaction he was, again, never pushed or pressured us. He let us make the decision and as we needed to speak with the manager about the the deal, compromises and the closing, he backed off and let the manager do his job. Once I had made the decision to purchase the car he continued to work with us on having the car prepped and helping me when I had left my garage door opener in the old car. He went out of his way to track down the old car and retrieve the garage door opener. I feel very strongly that Philip was one of the best salesman I have purchased a car from over the past 50 years. There are no words that could express not only my disbelief but my total disappointment in this estab
lishment. DO NOT EVER bring your vehicle to this place. After wanting to charge me $3500 for a a/c hose replacement, I told them I didn't want them to perform the service and would be picking my car up. The service writer told there would be a $169 service charge. When I got to the dealership the service writer was not there, no ticket was available, and no one else could release my car. I asked to dpeak with the manager, and was told the manager had quit and they had no manager at this time. After an hour wait, and unmet request, the service writer returned, and said, "I should have told him what time I was coming". Then presented me with a $334 bill, of which $80 was a security fee for protecting your information. Of course with no manager, who do you go to? I'm taking this issue up with corporate.
