We're not sure if you recieved the call from your advisor, but we called and left a message describing exactly what we went through with the evaluation process to ensure quality work was being completed for you. We always want to make sure that everything is done correctly and thoroughly and in the case of some vehicles, it takes longer than others. We invite you to come back in when you next need service and hopefully give you better communication regarding timeframes.
