Everyone we encountered, start to finish, during our truck purchase could not have been any more professional yet friendly than they were. It was the easiest car buying experience I've had second to my other Ford that was also purchased at this dealership.

Took our Expedition in for routine maintenance. Fast, easy and well done once again. Only complaint is we got the same truck back and not a GT350!

Very Efficient Process For Oil Change
I come here every time I need an oil change in my car. I am treated very professionally, with kindness and courtesy. I usually wait in the waiting area and it is a pleasant environment. The time usually goes by quickly.

Treated like family
I recently brought my truck in for an oil change. I was told that they were booked up for the day but that they would find a way to squeeze me in. Cole made sure to ask me about any concerns I may have and whether or not I would like my tires rotated. Originally I said no, but after he explained the importance of proper tire rotation to ensure that you receive the most life out of your tires I decided to go ahead with the rotation as well. The work was performed a lot quicker than I expected and the technician even inspected my vehicle and made sure to secure my skid plate that had been drooping a little. Cole as well as the tech (Rich) explained my inspection and advised me that I will need front brakes soon but not something that HAS to be done today. Although I can not afford it at this time I will definitely be returning to Mike White Ford for any future concerns and needs.
