Fixed an issue another shop created!

We purchased and had installed 4 new tires. The car was bouncing and vibrating immediately after the install. After a couple returns, that shop told us the wheel was bent and that's what we were feeling.
Brought the car to Veryls and they performed a different type of balancing and cleaned up what the first shop never cleaned. The car drives perfectly now.

Daughter in College Away From Home

My daughter attends MHC in St Hadley, MA and we are from Maryland. Her wheel came off and she panicked because we do not know anyone personally for a recommendation. Her car was sent to Veryl's Automotive Services. Justin called me when the car was delivered. I told him she was a college student and away from home. He was so kind and understanding. He kept me posted about everything and made safety recommendations as well. They got her back on the road. Now we have a shop we trust while she is away from home.

Always great service at my local car dealer. We have been customers for over 20 years. Can’t say enough about this family company. And they make you feel like family. We have had many cars serviced here. Many car memories where they helped us right away.
Here is a memory where I ran over the new narrow curb at Peoples Bank a few years back. As a result I ended up getting a flat tire, just like that. Well, I believe I drove my car down and they replaced my tire ASAP.
