Successful diagnostic of strange front axle noise.
The excellent service team successfully diagnosed different strange noises I was encountering from my front axle of my 2022 F250 Superduty. Mike White’s front desk staff thorough questions assisted the technicians in diagnosing that the vacumn seals on the front axle had failed. No cost to me-Ford’s factory power train warranty covered parts and labor 100%. Great work team!

Lack of research/experience cost me money and time
I brought my Saleen F150 in 20k miles ago due to an issue/code with the Catalytic converter. They informed me my plugs were fouled and burnt up a cat. They replaced my plugs which being the truck is supercharged I assumed they replaced with the same plugs that they pulled out being they could see which plugs were used. Turns out they did not and replaced with the generic plugs. They gapped them down knowing it was supercharged. Well to no surprise my plugs fouled again and cat codes came back. This time they realized their mistake and tried to research which plugs to use and think the cats were never the issue. They contacted saleen and ordered plugs from them directly. Turns out the plugs are just ecoboost plugs and I am stuck with the $614 bill. Frustrates me that I am paying at their expense while they learn how to work on specialty vehicles. I still do no understand why they wouldn't have looked at the plugs they pulled to see which plugs to use, instead I have to pay for their inability to do so. I will say Matt was very nice and communicated well. I don't put this on him.

Warranty Recall
I was able to make an appointment for the warranty recalls right away. Their service department was excellent. Not only did they fix the recalls, they also checked fluid levels, brakes and tires while my car was there. I received a text message after dropping my car off and when the service was completed. When I got there they explained everything that was done and my car was waiting for my outside the door without having to wait.

Excellent service
I was about 5 minutes early to my appointment and they brought me right in to the service area ,went over my paperwork and told it me would be done approximately 2-3 PM. They asked if I would be waiting or did I need a ride home. I waited for the courtesy vehicle to return from a run ,approximately 5 minutes, and they took me home. The service employee called me and told me the vehicle was done and that someone was driving my car to my house. So yes I was very impressed by my service yesterday! I will continue to bring my car here and will recommend others here as well.

Still leaking coolant.
Bright my truck in for the second time to be looked at for a coolant leak. Water pump replaced this time and the leak is still very persistent and did not slow at all. Now I have to return a THIRD time for the same issues

Matt in your service department truly cares about service and the impact on customers not having their vehicles drivable. The time to get it in was over a week but your relationship with the tow company made even that easy. The bill was incredibly cheaper than ever expected. What is the Meaning of an Appointment
Droppped my truck off for a 7:00 am appointment for an Oil Change and tire rotation. I was told it would be done at 12:00. I got dropped off at 1:00 and they had not even started on it.

Took my truck in to have a time-consuming repair
My truck had a repair that took the whole day so they lent me a rental.

It was a newer bronco sport with heated seats and all sorts of fancy bells and whistles on it

I felt a little spoiled

But I just want to say that the service person should’ve showed me how to open the gas tank and how to turn the heat down on the heated seats.

I had to look up some YouTube videos to discover how to do both of those things.

Great Job
Matt and his Service Department team did a great Job! Had a non-flashing “Engine Check” alarm on the dash board. Diagnosed one day, fixed two days later. Andrew did a fine job on the shuttle, too! Enjoyed, as usual, my chats with Curly in sales while waiting for the shuttle!
