GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I've had an issue with my SYNC not working correctly. I had my car in twice to have the software updated. I was told my screen (APIM) would not upload the new software and needed to be replaced. This was not covered under warranty.
With a discussion with Manny the Service Manager, he took care of me and gave a good discount on the replacement of the APIM. All is working great now and very happy with how they took care of me. Thank you, Manny and Matt,

Great Service for Transmission Problem
I purchased 2018F150 from this dealership and they stood behind their product when my 10-speed transmission became a problem. They recently replaced the transmission at no cost to me and resolved an exhaust leak that occurred during the transmission replacement. Their service was excellent and they worked hard to keep my truck in good working order. I greatly appreciate their customer service and responsiveness.

As usual my experience with Mike White Ford was a good one. An appointment was made and the replacement of my back up camera went off without a hitch in a very reasonable length of time.

Great service visit
I just wanted to comment on excellent service I received from service advisor Matthew Brunner and the tech. who did the work (sorry, I don’t know his name). I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and to look at the transmission due to shifting issues. The tech. discovered 2 leaks I wasn’t aware of and the transmission had to be replaced under warranty. Matthew was great in letting me know what needed to be done, getting the repair authorized and getting me in sooner than I expected. The process went very smooth and as he said it would. Once I picked up my truck and started to drive home, I noticed the heater wasn’t blowing warm air. I figured it was air in the cooling system as they had to drain the coolant for the transmission replacement. I immediately brought it back and it was confirmed air was in the system. Matthew had the tech bring it back right then and get the air out. I really appreciate they did the fix right then and not have to schedule another appointment.

Another Ford recall
Made safety recall appointment and advised new wiper motor would be ordered. Arrived on time at 0945 advised it would be done about 1400 since I was leaving it. By 1600 I called and was advised that they hadn’t started on it yet. By 1730 hours I was standing at the service counter and it was close but they still needed to perform by multi-point complimentary inspection. I declined knowing that it was just a means to sell extra service. Was advised that this recall was only an inspection and my Maverick passed so I wouldn’t be getting a new motor, a good thing since none were available anyway. Asked the service adviser about my cracking plastic coolant tank and this was never addressed told Ford won’t warranty until a component fails. Can’t wait for this to fail on a road trip.

Great service!
Brought my f150 in for a fluid leak. They discovered a cracked transfer case crack due to over tightening a tapered screws which they confessed of doing at a previous service. They gave me a rental and replaced the transfer case all at no charge. They did the right thing and will forever get my future business ?
