I'm so sorry that the time taken for you vehicle was excessive. No excuse what so ever but we do normally perform a complete multi point inspection and a car wash on every vehicle which will normally take about 1 to 1 1/2 hrs. We can speed up the process with no car wash if you would like on your next visit. Again I truly apologize about the time taken and hope your next service exceeds your expectations.
