Pressure tire light.
We brought our car in for routine maintance and to chech the sensor for low tire pressure.
We were told that there was a recall on our car and that the oil change and inspection would cost us nothing.
We were very thankful and greatful for them keeping their word.

The service center is always taking good care of the customers needs.
A driver named Jazmine gave me a ride to and from the dealer to Costco. Jazmine was very sweet and cute....she was very friendly.
Love the popcorn machine too.
Only complaint is the service office is waaay too small.

Above and beyond
Above and beyond the call. Dropped my car of and got shuttled home but on a Friday after 5 there were no shuttle drivers available to bring me back to get my car at the dealers. Your service department scheduled a Lyft for me! Thanks for the timely ride. And Steve always charges the car so I'm powered up and ready to go.

The Service has been pleasant Overall
However, I was expecting the issue to be resolved the first visit.

Additionally, the returned vehicle was not prep'd completely for return. The was an unplugged monitor which triggered the check engine light and the engine chamber was not cleaned from previous work. I returned to the Service center 5mins later to resolve the issues with the Service Engineer.

Super fast service
I took my car in for a recall and when I made the appointment, I was told it would take about an hour. When I got there, the technician confirmed it would take about an hour and asked if I wanted my car washed and it would add about 15 minutes to my service time. A free car wash? Heck Yes! I waited in their very comfortable waiting area, drinking their coffee and snacking on fresh popcorn. Sure enough in almost exactly 1 hr 15 mins, my car was ready. Great Service!

The service department is great overall, they’ve kept me coming back for 4 years now.
I was extremely satisfied with the work Steve Enriquez and the service department were able to get done in just a matter of a couple days. Steve was able to get my engine leak fixed along with an oil change and ac coolant refilled in just a couple of days. In between all of this I was able to get my spark plugs replaced which saved me about $800 dollars in the future all thanks to Steve and his team for noticing that those needed to be replaced. Thank you Temecula Hyundai for the service I will definitely be back.
