I am sorry to hear about the issues on your last visit. I know that the time taken for a recall was excessive but it also looks like we re-performed the recall due to a failure to Hyundai's computer system and we also spend some time on a fueling issue. It is not normal for Hyundai to not clear the recall out of the system and so we performed the recall for a second time to be safe. At the end of the run we truly apologize with the mishap and hope you can give us another chance to service your vehicle.
