Customer services from the services and parts department was outstanding courtesy, friendly and attentive.
I went to Hyundai of Bowie to purchase a new set of tire locks for my car, and the services rep there told me I needed to get my tires rotated first before they could do that. Then he said I needed to make an appointment to get it done. Something just didn't sound right I needed to get work done just to buy tire locks (hummm) Then I called Pohanka Hyundai the parts dept. told me they had tire locks for my car in stock and come on in and get the locks put on. Once there service dept. greeted me with a hello and smile and proceeded to take care of my services. Great Job! Teamwork!

The whole experience with the staff from entrance to exit is delightful.
The Service Advisors are highly knowledgeable and their recommendations are professionally based upon their years of experience with that model car. When I called the young lady didn’t relay the message correctly, so she put me on hold and that’s when Sean picked up and greeted me like he knew me. I came right in he was helping another customer but when he finished he remembered me and the phone conversation and jumped right to helping me with my issue.

I believe his name is Sean. Honestly he is one of the main reasons why I get my car serviced at this location. He is polite and knowledgeable about the services that are needed. He also keeps you informed of everything during your service.I came in for an oil change and i ended up spending more than I expected but that was due to a needed service for my car. Great place. Great environment. Great Employees. Great Job guys!

Hi I just want to complement the two advisor's I recently worked with. I had my husband's car serviced on the 8/13 and I cannot remember his name but he was extremely friendly, helpful, gave updates as necessary and took the time to go over cost and give insight on things that needed to be done now vs later. I also want to complement an advisor that I worked with previously, Dmitri. He is always friendly, helps to look for deals and works to get the service right. Your staff that man the cashier area are also very pleasant every time. Thanks again!
