THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE FRONT DESK IF IT WASN'T FOR THE FRONT DESK PEOPLE I WOULD NOT RETURN.
I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM FIXED AS BEFORE, DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHY I KEEP HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY AIRBAG LIGHT IF IT WAS FIXED MORE THAN ONCE. CONFUSED

The Superior Service that I receives from the Customer Service Reps
Sean Tolton - Service Rep. at Pohanka Hyundai on Ritchie Rd. Capitol Heights, Md. has been assisting me for some years now. He is a very respectable and a kind hearted gentleman whom displays great concerns in aiding and displaying his capabilities in assisting me with my customer needs for my automobile. I would not have it no other way when I visit there for Service as of now he is the only one that I look forward to helping me. Not saying that the other gentleman are not good I just appreciate his services towards me, and the reassurance he contributes rendering towards me that I have receive the correct and proper work on my automobile that's being provided which has been up to good and great standards.

The structure in how they get people in and out
I was very pleased with my service. Not only the actual car service was great but the hospitality and convenient atmosphere to be able to wait on your vehicle and still do work because of strong WiFi access and chargers for your mobile devices. It was great!
