I bought a brand-new 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe, and unfortunately, it has already become a major headache. The AC stopped working in August, and three weeks later, it still hasn’t been repaired.
My vehicle has been sitting in the service department at Hyundai of Elgin, yet no one has bothered to provide me with any meaningful updates. I have to repeatedly call and chase them down just to find out what is happening with my own vehicle.
For a brand-new vehicle, this level of service and communication is extremely disappointing. If you value good customer service, communication, and having your vehicle repaired within a reasonable timeframe, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
