My car was towed to Genesis NW three weeks ago for a battery. There is still no eta on a battery and my car is just sitting there on their lot. They have bad communication and they never return your calls if you leave a voicemail. You have to ask for a transfer to the Service Director and then a little does happen. Obviously this place is not capable of service and customer service at the same time. I just wonder how long my 2024 Genesis will be just sitting on their lot without a battery.
