I’m writing this text to complain about my experience with your service department. I brought my car in on Monday for service. No one ever respond after my call in a dozen times. It turned out I needed a new battery. They charged me $ 350.00 for a one year battery. I have been a 12 year customer and never experienced such horrible serviced. You have permanently lost a customer. I will never recommend your dealership to anyone. I know your probably won’t respond to this text.
