Owner not very nice
My husbands truck broke down and R&M came and picked up truck to let us know what was wrong with it. I called several times to check and was told they were short handed and would get to it t as soon as possible. One time I called and the owner came to phone and was very Rude to me. Then told me I could come get it after it was there 2 1/2 months I called again a week later and lady answered phone told me they would get to it the next day.Well she called me the next day and said it was plugs and plug wires after it sat there all that time that’s all it was and the owner doesn’t know how to talk to his customers with respect! We never experienced this before there but new owners will be loosing customers I’m sure! We won’t be back!

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and it's clear that things did not go as you thought they should have. It sounds like the only thing longer than the wait for your husband's truck was the line of communication which was stated when we picked the vehicle up. And further more; respect goes a long ways and is two sided.
