Follow up
I traded in my 2016 Dodge challenger and purchased a 2017 Audi. everything went pretty well while I was there, i live an hour away. I realized when I got home I left part of my socket set in trunk. I call 3 times asking for it to be shipped back to me, i would even pay for shipping, never received anything. So there like all car dealers, out of site out of mind..

Awful Experience - Do yourself a favor and stay away!!
Let me start by stating that I used to be a loyal customer of Wile Hyundai... until this year / new ownership / new management. I bought a new car in March and after purchasing it, I realized that I had made a mistake by not getting the lumbar support. I called my dealer, Phil Prescott, to discuss the issue. First he was annoyed that I called his cell number (the only number I had for him) on his day off, then when he failed to call me back the next day, I called him when he sounded annoyed that I was interrupting his day. I explained the situation to him to which his response was to call this number to see what they are willing to do for me. I was so disgusted by Wile Hyundai's lack of service I went elsewhere to trade in the vehicle and start again. Now, I'm trying to get a refund of the warranty package that I had purchased and have been advised that I am fully entitled, to but I have to go through the dealership to process the cancellation. After six months of dealing with a woman named Vicki who can't be bothered to return phone calls or emails, I'm advised I need to deal with the manager, Stan, who also can't be bothered to return phone calls. Needless to say, I am thoroughly disgusted with the lack of customer service at this dealership. Phil and Stan are all about the commission check and then you better be on your way... because if you want them to actually do any work.... you are out of luck!!!!
