After being out of town for 9 days and parked at the Bangor bus station, we returned to a dead batter
y. After 6 years and 65K miles, this was not a big surprise. AAA jumped us and told us not to shut down until we got home or to the repair shop. On our drive back top Ellsworth I called Harmon's and told them our situation. We were advised that they could look at it in the morning as they closed at 5:00pm and it was 4:15 now. We pulled in at 4:55, turned over the keys, received a call the next day at 7:39am and picked up the car a couple of hours later. GREAT service, always friendly and professional.

They inform us of the issue recommended to take a Hyundai dealership for services since it could possible covered under the warranty. ey pointed out a minor inexpensive problem that if left not repaired it could escalate into a major and costly problem. I like it that they “head things off at the pass” to keep me from having major problems down the road. In addition, they saw that I had a nail in my tire that they fixed at no cost. Something else for which I wasn’t aware. I have always had peace of mind when having my car serviced here. They keep their highly trained mechanics up-to-date on the latest state-of-the-art and certifications. I sleep better knowing that my car is in the best of hands as I travel across state lines on a regular basis.
