Fabulous Car

I trade vehicles every 2 or 3 years and can't wait for the new styles of GV70 to come out. This is a great car. Fun and comfortable!

If the front seats were comfortable, this would be a great car. Uncomfortable seats are a deal breaker. I will not upgrade to another GV70.

Great car. Poor service.

Overall, the quality of the car is good. However, the service is so bad that I have often thought of going back to Audi, BMW, Landrover. Unless Genesis can improve its service, I won’t buy again, no matter how nice the car is!

Great Warranty Service

My GV70 had the blind spot warning sensors go out. It was covered under warranty, but the sensors had to be special ordered. The parts arrived much sooner than I anticipated and I was notified as soon as they came in to schedule the replacement work. When I arrived to have the work done, there was a line of four cars waiting to enter the service bay and I prepared for a long wait to get checked in. After 30 seconds Cam came out, came up to the car and said, "Hello Dennis, you're here to have your blind spot warning sensor repaired, right?" He had the paperwork ready to go and I was on my way in less that a minute. I was impressed. Given all the dealings I have had over the past 38 years with Ogden car dealership's service departments, this was hands down, the best experience I have ever had. Kudos to Young Genesis and Cam in particular for making this the best experience I have had when bringing a vehicle in to be serviced.
