Disappointed with Genesis

Had high hopes but I'm disappointed with Genesis and would not recommend. Recurring battery issue despite being brand new and 10K miles. Terrible dealership network and poor customer service Would not buy a Genesis again, unreliable

Overall we like the car. Good gas mileage and design.

Too much technology for older people. It’s like my phone, too much stuff I don’t need or use. The door locks can be haunted at times. I go out to garage and the car at sometime locked it self. While washing the car, it locks and unlocks a dozen times. Don’t know why.

Very nice comfort and style. Electronics not reliable for a luxury car

Very happy with purchase. Only problem has been the display booting up upon car start. This has happen about 20 times in first year of ownership.

Smooth, stylish ride

Quiet, comfortable, stylish and fairly quick. The GV70 is an excellent smallish-medium SUV with visual appeal and high-tech luxury features, but lacks the performance and fuel efficiency of the German competition.

Best cameras ever! My second Genesis.

The first time I saw a Genesis on the street, I asked my car-crazy/knowledgeable husband what it was because I was so taken with its beauty. (I am NOT car-crazy/knowledgeable) My first Genesis was a 2021. He was so impressed with my car that he ordered/purchased a 2024 last fall. I just began driving it 2 months ago and I love his specially ordered extra features even more than my original Genesis.

GV70 - improved my quailty of life, love this car

I spend a lot of time in my car, commuting and road-trips to visit adult children. I can drive much further without discomfort and with much less stress because this car is easy to drive, intuitive to use, and incredibly comfortable.
