A lot to like but quirky

Car is comfortable for both me (6 ft 3) and my wife (5 ft 0). Like the fact that, despite its size, it gets pretty good mileage on highways. Good visibility. Lots of digital amenities. With the third row seat down it has ample storage space. Yet, with the rear seat up, it can hold six adults. Like that the amenities, such as temperature control, are available in the back seat.

Better value than Mercedes

After seven E-Class vehicles and one dreadful S-Class, we wanted a vehicles unencumbered with agenda constraints. Our GV80 is just that. Far from perfect, but fast without concern for gas mileage. Extremely comfortable and reasonably priced. Biggest beef, the gas tank is too small. Annoying, but not really a reason to find something else.

Ultimate Luxury

If you want a truly luxurious and roomy SUV, buy a Genesis GV80. The gas mileage sucks but it's perfect on every other way. It's big. It's beautiful. It's packed with extras. No other SUV gets close to the Genesis.

Genesis needs more Dealerships

Poor overall available service. this will be my last Genesis - with the recent closing of two Genesis dealerships with in 20 miles of my home, I now need to travel 45 minutes to the next closest dealership. time to go back to my previous luxury brand, I did enjoy my G80 and now GV80. time to go back. My feedback, you need to fix your service and dealership problems.
