Very comfortable and luxurious!

The GV 80 is spacious and very comfortable to drive. The 3.5 delivers nice power. Two things stand out as needing improvement: The touch pad for temp controls is way too sensitive. I accidentally touch other controls. The gas mileage is only fair.

I love the vehicle but I’m disappointed with the app.

Again, I am disappointed with the app. It went down and it hasn’t worked in 3 months. I deleted and reinstalled and still not working. One other is the same tire keeps losing air pressure. I told the tech when I brought it in for service and he blamed it on the weather……it’s just the one tire every time!!! Lastly is I was forced to purchase Krause care plan only to find out that it is no longer being sold. Speaking with the service technician, they never really understood what they were supposed to do for the customer. Can I get that money back?!!!

Beautiful car

Overall I love my car. It has great pick up, I love the large entertainment screen and the comfort of the seats. My trunk area creaks a lot especially when I turn right and the dealer told me to put Vaseline on the latch which seems like a design flaw. The leather in the back seat also ripped easily. Other than that I love the car.

LOVE my Genesis GV80!

What an amazing car! Everyone who see it has only positive comments on the style and luxury it has. I had a GV70 for a few years. I trade up to the GV80 2 years ago. It is everything I've always wanted in a luxury SUV.

Not sure what this is

Good vehicle but has a delay in transmission engaging particularly when in motion or trying to speed up to enter a street. Have had this looked at without change. Per online others have same issue

Beautiful SUV, fantastic ride, difficult controls.`

When controlling the temperature of the interior, over and over it is easy to touch the seat heater on accident. Cruise control controls are difficult to learn. Remote start is not working properly. Door locks are a pain, a big pain. Sometimes all doors unlock, sometimes only drivers door unlocks, causing frustration. Touch fan controls require steady hand the is difficult with small bumps while driving. Shifting drive to reverse and back requires to much time for the changes to happen. Overall, the ease of operating controls is inconvenient. I would shop for a different brand of car in the future.

Excellent car with lots of technology and comfort features

I would definitely buy another one. Only 2 issues in 25,000 miles. Phone charger won’t work with Apple product and same for the key card entry
