Great suv overall.

I’m very satisfied with the suv overall. The fit and finish is great, it’s very comfortable, infotainment and sound system are great. My only issue is they is water from the air conditioner that sometimes pools in the front passenger seat area and they can’t figure out why.

Luxury and style

The vehicle is designed well inside and out. The features go above and beyond expectations. The only issue I have is the ride is a bit rough for a luxury SUV.

I thoroughly researched the Genesis brand. I compared it with several luxury SUVs and the GV 80 consistently scored well. It has been a pleasure to drive this outstanding vehicle for the past few years. It is high performing and reliable. I am very pleased with the purchase and would do it again.

Vehicle OK, Dealer in Naples FL service is horrible.

Car has electronic quirks. No vehicle in front of me and it issues a warning v vehicle in front too close. How is this possible? updates sent electronically have at times wiped out previous destinations and favorite radio channels. Had a check engine light come on. Toom to dealer, needed car to run diagnostics. No loaner car available, ( have never had one as dealer talked a big game at sale but does not live up to sale comments). Will not take me home or deliver vehicle when done, as also promised at sale. Had the car for a week, ran diagnostics after 6 days. All I needed was a new gas cap. Totally inconvenienced for a week. would not recommend Genesis nor will ever buy another. Especially from the dealer in Naples Florida.
