Good car horrible service locally and poor national support

Took car in for a software recall. 10 minute update took 2.5 hours. Took car in for a delaminated control knob. Took 3 hours to fix and in doing so the local dealer broke car and warning light came on. The dealer kept the vehicle for 23 days for a fix that took 26 minutes. Never provided a loaner car and national support. Call Center was not helpful at all. The concerned program. Is non existent do. It rely on this

Amazing vehicle, they thought of everything

Amazing vehicle. Comfortable ride and great combination of fuel economy without forsaking power when you need. The technology in this vehicle is incredible. Everything seems to have been thought of, at times it’s almost overwhelming.

Most Comfortable Drive

The vehicle’s drive is amazing. It is more like sailing than driving. It is comfortable and easy to drive. That said, the heavy tech dashboard is overwhelming at times and sometimes is confusing.

Love most things about it…could be improved

There is so much to love about this 2025 GV80 3.5 prestige car, pickup speed, scents, dashboard, camera rear mirror, surround camera, driver side massage, sound, finger recognition for start without key, phone working as a key, integrated phone, and Google! When you hold the talk button a little longer, you get Google instead of the integrated car system. Need to improve: - Gas mileage, I’m only getting 22-24 mpg mixed highway and city - Driver side massage only…needs to be in passenger side as well - Blinker is louder than wanted - Stay in lane: sometimes when passing a left turn lane, the car wants to follow the line going toward the left turn lane. Sometimes it’s fine and not sure when it will follow the left side line or right side line - seats need more cushion for long rides

Service Review at Genesis Lake Norman

Was a pleasant expereince, arrived a little early and they took the car and started service immediately. Everything was covered under warranty and I went on my way. Service advisor was very professional and updated me throughout the service experience.

Best SUV Ever

I’ve owned traditional SUV’s (Explorer, Hylander) and luxury SUV’s (Range Rover, Jaguar). The GV80 is hands-down the best of the bunch.
