A Hidden Gem

When I was searching for a new car, this make of car was not in my search. My sister suggested this vehicle and I am so glad I decided to listen to her for once! This was such a good purchase. I am so pleased with my Hyundai. The car is great, it drives well, has many features, I feel safe in it, and even my service appointments are top notch!

Not what I expected

The vehicle itself is pretty and has some nice features. In one year I had to replace the condenser which cost me almost 2,000$. I am currently in the market of looking for another vehicle because of this AND because I had such a terrible experience at the Hyundai of Kennesaw service location. I will never own another Hyundai again due to my experience thus far.

It’s a good name.

This is a great car and my second Elantra I know they are durable and see them go through a lot the N-line I have though has a some blemishes through the line. For example the bumper clips are very cheap and cracked right. The gaps around the car are not consistent tracing the outline of the hood some are almost half inch big. The CarPlay function has been an ongoing. But aside from some faults this is a great car I had a hybrid a year ago that someone totaled and I watched as it saved me and I trusted these cars right there.

Downgraded Experience compared to older models

This vehicle has a downgraded experience compared to the 2021 model with the same trim. No wireless Android Auto and Airplay are unacceptable for a non-base level trim. Poorer quality materials inside and out. Worse build quality.
