We enjoy the versatility of this vehicle! Its comfortable, roomy, rear seat recline, and it has the most EV mileage for long round trips without recharging for the return!

2024 IONIQ 5

First year has gone pretty smooth . I did have a home charger installed and would not go electric without one . And it took a couple service visits to fix a rattle noise in the rear . But I love this car and really missed the ride when I had to rent a hybrid SUV to drive a long distance trip without ample charging opportunities . You get use to the smooth and powerful feel of this car ! I would 100% choose the IONIQ 5 again for my driving needs .Hopefully the charging situation away from home will improve over time .

Fun and roomy Amd quiet

Great car, only thing I would change is I wish you could adjust sensitivity on some of the safety features. Sometimes the car slams on brakes a little prematurely. More range is always better. Summer heat takes it's toll on range.

The Car Makes You Happy to Own an Electric Vehicle

My first electric vehicle, although my husband drives a Tesla. So comparing the two, we take the Hyundai every time. (I will say, however, that the Tesla is a prettier car, but that's about all it has on a Hyundai.) It will be hard, if I ever have to, to go back to a gas powered car. It is so easy to charge and take care of!

Spacious and Comfortable Ride

The Ioniq 5 has an impressively smooth ride with a roomy interior that feels premium. Folding down the back seats creates a huge trunk space, perfect for trips or hauling gear. A great mix of comfort and practicality!

Good car.

The corner of the dashboard by the right knee (left-hand drive) seems unsafe in an accident. The app sucks. Like it's a really really bad app. Invest some money in developing an app as good as the car.

If you are small, buy this car

Car has huge front window, allows me to see over hood. Driving assists help navigate those hard to see areas. Parking a breeze, even for 5'00" driver

Love everything about the car but the paint job.

I love this car. I was worried about an EV, then I went on a trip and found if you stay on intestate you’ll have no problems. My only negative is the Disney 100 paint job is the worst. Special cleaning and scratches and chips way too easy.
