Comfortable, easy car to drive, love EV but major downside is range.

Overall happy with car after 1 year but VERY disappointed with range on road trips….to point of driving my gas vehicle instead.

Main high voltage battery died 3 months ago.

Car has been at dealer service since May 8-3 months!- because main high voltage battery needs to be replaced. And Hyundai gives me ZERO info on when battery will be available. For the last month and a half I have been in contact with Hyundai to buy me out of the lease, but this too is turning out to be a scam. I have not been able to contact the Hyundai agent since July 25. I will NEVER buy a Hyundai again. What a horrible company.

You promise for the charging adaptor but you never send.

You promise me that you will send the charging adaptor for my wife and myself back in May but there is no action. And please check with your dealership that they know or learn about the EV cars.

Fantastic first EV

This was my first EV and I am really enjoying the drive. The range is pretty good and I really like the style. The only thing I am missing is a rear wiper which I would expect for a car in this price range.

Wonderful First Complete Year

It's been wonderful except for a few features that behave differently under different conditions and one can't find answers for them easily. For instance, I could see another cars near me but not anymore under lane departure and blind spot detection.

back window does not have a wiper blade vision is negatively impacted

Smooth ride. Quiet. Minimal road noise. Do not like the fact of no back wiper. Negative impact on safe viewing in winter.

Distance of 300+ is false. Avg fill charge was around 250.

Very disappointed I distance per fill up. At first car charged to 300+. After 6 weeks I was lucky to see 270. I leased this car due to the 300 miles per charge. I even drove it according to speed limits and sill poor fill charges.

Great car, but needs a few tweaks to be the ultimate EV

Great handling, great acceleration. Huge interior with enough room for the entire family. Comfortable interior with great IT package. What's missing: (1) rear windshield wiper - cannot use the rear window during the rain or winter, because there is no wiper. (2) Why do I need to plug my phone in to use Android Auto/Car Play - improve the bluetooth so it just connects.
