What a Great Vehicle.

Love our Ioniq 5. Smooth, mostly quiet, good combo of screen and dials for ez operation. I do have concerns based on the many owners who have had ICCU issues. Would love to know what Hyundai is doing to correct this issue and what as an owner of a 2026 I can do to prevent it…if that’s objectively possible. So that is the main issue that keeps me from taking a long trip. It charges so well and is Fun to drive.

Don’t Love It

This vehicle is not one I love enough to keep. It will have to do for now. If given an opportunity to upgrade to the limited, I would do it. Too many features not included on the 5.

UNCERTAIN CHOICE

The book on the car is not understandable when trying to figure out what everything does. The salesman who sold me the vehicle and did the orientation did everything instead of teaching me how to do it. I am a college educated person and still get confused!!

First EV, fun to drive, should have bought one sooner.

Glad I bought this car, my first EV. Have an ICE car also, but take this most of the time. A few quirks in the infotainment system; wish it did a better job of recognizing which driver. Overall very happy and would purchase again.

Not perfect, but close

I love all the things about driving this car. What I don't like is the layout of the front cabin. There is no storage to speak of and wasted space in front of the middle cupholder. If you put anything there, like a box of tissues, it slides into the driver's feet area.

Front Wipers, rear hatch

Engineering totally missed the boat on the front wipers. The wiper arms cannot be raised for servicing because when raised the interfere with the rear edge of the hood. The rear hatch could have been better at allowing a better cubic volume to reduce interference with hatch window.

Lemon car

Drive the car for a month snd had to have it towed 180 miles back to the dealer. In the shop now almost two months not fixed. Loved the car til that happened.
