Some serious unnecessary annoyances
I have had to install a lot of aftermarket items because simple options are missing. Granted I came from a Tesla, but things like auto-locking doors or rolling up windows when leaving the car are pretty easy to program. You have a ton of cameras, yet no option for us to use them as "dashcam's" to monitor the safety of the car or for accidents, so I had to install an aftermarket Cam. Most of them are horrible looking, so I found one that isn't but only allows for front and rear coverage (which I had to install). The auto lane maintenance during cruise control can't take turns well at all so it's essentially useless. Of enormous annoyance is that you can't opt to have 1 pedal driving as the default. I have to select it every time I turn the car on. Why in the world would you not allow that as a default? My car also doesn't software update properly. It's always stalling on updates. I can't set the percentage of battery charge from the car, only from the app. Whose idea was that? The app is horribly designed. I'm only allowed to have 1 card key for the car, but most families who purchase this car will have multiple drivers. Why would you only allow one driver to carry a card key? It's idiotic. Tesla does all of these things correctly, go look at one. Almost all of these are software issues that could be fixed by a competent software team. But I'm not holding my breath. Last annoyance is the A pillar cover. Who thought it would be a good idea to make it so that you can't remove it? The tether doesn't detach so if you're trying to run dashcam wire behind the airbag, it's very difficult because you can't see what you're doing. Of course I wouldn't need to do that if you allowed us to access built-in cameras for a dashcam.
On the plus side, I like the HUD and the layout of buttons is good. The touch buttons are terrible though, you should replace those with actual buttons. The armrest is extremely hard/uncomfortable for some reason. A/C is excellent compared to Tesla (horrible in tesla). Seat coolers and heaters are decent. Steering wheel shifting mechanism is very awkward, though I suppose I'll get used to it the more I use it. I love the fact that you can keep the car on and there is an option to pull from the main battery instead of the 12V. That was an excellent idea whoever thought of that. Trunk space is good, back row seats tilting back is nice as well.
