Completely disappointed

In a year and a half that I had this car I had to take it to the shop more than seven times because of the problem such as losing power, differential problem, after 3 days I got the car from shop again differential problem so I got tired and I got rid of it and I lost thousands of dollars and Hyundai did not even offer to give me a rental while my car was in the shop I had to fight to get the rental. Unfortunately I made a mistake and I bought Hyundai Palisade but the Hyundai Palisade has a problem with I don't know if the alignment it's a breakfast then when I hit the pothole the whole front of a car starts shaking violently and the brake system doesn't work I took the car to the shop they cannot figure it out and they're telling me there is no problem that they can find so I am done with Hyundai as soon as I can get rid of this Palisade never ever again Hyundai. Why am I even complaining Hyundai didn't give a damn to give me a rental car for at least more than a month that I did not have my car I'm complaining like the Hyundai is going to call me and say what is your problem let us fix your Hyundai's Palisade yeah dream on baby dream on I'm dreaming.

Santa Fe was my first Hyuandi

I bought this new January 2023. Attracted by zero percent financing. First month I suffered a flat tire with no spare. This was costly in time and money. My friend spilled a drink in the cup holder which shorted out the master USB port. This design flaw cost almost 160 to repair. Told warranty would not cover. Must be a common problem as they had the part in stock. I have done a lot of traveling with this vehicle and it's about to go off warranty. Looked at the current model but I don't really like the design nor the fact it only comes with third row seating which I will NEVER EVER WANT.

I had some issues with a bad wiring harness a little over a year ago that took a month to get diagnosed and replaced but other than that has been pretty good.

It's ok, but nothing special

The ride isn't smooth, never really has been. The transmission is clunky when you put it into gear. The radio package is also clunky, some of the updates have totally screwed the radio/nav etc up. It's pretty but I would not buy it again.

Nice Hybrid Vehicle

This vehicle is great overall. Stylish, sharp looks, sporty, and nice features. Great gas mileage, 35-36 mpg highway and about 36-38 mpg city. The only negative are the front seats. These are not comfortable on a road trip. Too firm and not enough lumbar support. Hyundai made a very nice vehicle but didn't put same effort into its seats. If we traded this vehicle, would be due to poor quality seats.
