Up until a power down incident, rating would have been higher a 5.

Poor design by not including a 12v Reset button. Poor design allowing for power down situations after 7 days of non use.

Driving is a pleasure.

Only complaint is difficulty retrieving anything that slides down next to front seat. Also, could use a second cup holder.

Very comfortable car. The " pebble" texture of the dash board does reflect onto the windshield causing a distraction. Car runs well and gets good mileage.

Excellent vehicle!

The Santa Fe Hybrid is an excellent vehicle. The only thing we had to straighten out in the beginning is that the Apple Car Play software had not been updated and there was lag time in various applications like WAZE. The Service Dept in Woodbridge updated our software and now it works wonderfully!

Conveniences aren't very convenient

Many of the "conveniences" don't work and make things harder instead of easier. Android auto drops constantly. I have changed cords and phones and I still have the issue. But when I take my phone and cord to my husband's Ford Android auto works fine. The keyless entry is touchy and if the sensor gets any sort of smug on it it stops working. I wish I would have never switched cars
