Great vehicle, but could use a few improvements

Over all this vehicle is great. It has a lot of features that I feel are advanced, like auto dimming high beam headlights. Adaptive cruise control (although it could be improved), Lane maintenance assistant. It is a very comfortable ride, great suspension. We recently took a long trip and several times I was driving 90+MPH and did not even realize it. The adaptability of the cargo area / third row seating is great.

Love this vehicle!

We love this vehicle. The only plus/minus is that it takes time to figure out all the wonderful electronic features. Our Santa Fe unfortunately got totaled several days ago, and we will be buying a new one soon.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with my Santa Fe, however I'm extremely disappointed in the Highway MPG. I'm not getting anything close to the sticker claims.

Comfortable but hybrid version is under powered.

Good size, comfortable interior. 1.6 turbo is not strong enough for the hybrid version. Should come with a spare tire, not the useless inflation kit that takes its place. Matte finish paint that is on my Sante Fe is really hand wash only. It can’t go thru a brushless car wash (like I was told it could) due to the additives in the soaps that are used.

Santa Fe is a great Vehicle

I really enjoy my Santa Fe. Need to get used to all the Bells & Whistles as this car is loaded. A lot of great features. This is my first car with remote start. I don't think I'll ever get another car without this feature. There are so many items on this car it is hard to pick out everyone for comment. You have to see it and drive it to believe it.

Unreliable. Bad tires. Inconsistent heater. Hybrid battery gets hot.

Had to buy new wheels and ties at 10k because tires kept bubbling. Hybrid battery gets too hot under back right seat and it’s too hot for someone to sit in during summer. Heater intermittently goes out during winter when on longer trips. Not a reliable vehicle!

2025 Hyundai Santa Fe

Overall, this is a very comfortable and fun vehicle to drive. It has quick acceleration and numerous safety features. Great sound system and the cooling seats are a huge plus in AZ. Some cons are that the dashboard randomly vibrates, making a very annoying noise. Another con worth mentioning is that the doors do not seal out water very well. Even a typical car wash allows water to seep in between all doors and seams on the body. Mud, dirt and water are visible when the doors are opened if it is raining outside while driving.

Perfect car for our needs which include safety, visiblity and more

As we enter later stages of life (late 70s) selecting just the right car is critical. After much comparison we found the Hyundai Santa Fe (Hybrid) to be ideal for all of our needs. We needed comfort, visibility, driver assist and safety options. cost to purchase and operation, ease of maintenance and so much more. With10k miles in 13 months we love it dearly and has not disappointed once. About only critical observations is that third row seats are difficult to enter/exit so we have not used them once but cargo space is superior. We would have liked to have the rear-view driving camera as an option or standard on the Santa Fe as it is in the Palisade and as our previous Toyota RAV4 had.

Great Looks, Great Ride, Great Comfort, Poor Reliability

My Santa Fe Hybrid Calligraphy turns heads, is very comfortable on the road, it has great features that are functional and easy to use. The mileage is excellent with over 500 miles to the tank, it is super quiet, BUT at least the Hybrid version is not reliable. I've had my vehicle for 13 months and it has less than 12,000 miles total and it has left me stranded on the highway twice. It loses power without warning and both times I went from going 70 mph down to 25 mph without warning, creating a safety hazard as I had to change lanes going 25 mph, while other vehicles are traveling highway speed. The first time, it was at the dealership service department for two weeks, I got it back and 1,000 miles later it did it again. As of this writing my Santa Fe Hybrid Calligraphy has been with the dealer a total of 15 days and counting without any assurances that I will get it back anytime soon. I should have just gone with the gas version and perhaps I could have avoided all these headaches and potential accidents.
